All students learn to read well
By June, 2026, literacy for All Students will improve, as measured by a 17 point increase, from 56 to 73, of reading proficiency on the NYS ELA exams.
Priority 2

All students are physically and emotionally safe
By June, 2026, physical and mental wellness for All Students will improve, as measured by a 10% increase, in the percentage of teachers who report that students at this school are good at preventing bullying from 33% to 43%, per the NYC School Survey.
Priority 3

All students have a high-quality academic experience
By June, 2026, the math proficiency will increase by 20 from 42 to 62, for All Students, as measured by iReady.
Priority 4

All students graduate college and career ready and have a strong plan and pathway to economic security
By June, 2026, the science proficiency for All Grade 5 Students will increase by 5% from 32% to 37% as measured by the NYS Science Test.
Priority 5

All districts and schools are more inclusive and responsive for parents and families, including having more families choose NYC Public Schools
By June, 2026, the percentage of families that say "My child's teachers let me know that I can make a difference in my child's learning" will increase by 6% from 86% to 92% as measured by the NYC School Survey.

Attendance / Chronic Absenteeism
By June, 2026, the number of severely chronic absent students for All Students will decrease by 3 students, from 9 students to 6 students, as measured by the New Visions Chronic Absenteeism Reports.
Inclusion

High Quality Inclusive & Accessible Learning for Students with Disabilities
By June, 2026, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for Students with Disabilities (SWD), we will decrease the number of initial special education referrals by 10, from 30 to 20, as measured by the SESIS initial referral rate.
